Trackmania Nations Forever is a free game and has become one of my favorite racing games of all time. Furthermore, there is more TM to go around in a game called Trackmania United Forever. Only catch is that it cost money, but unlocks 6 more environments and has much, much more stuff.
I play both, really, but my main focus always seems to stay in Nations. Tracks are limitless it seems, so the game never gets old. I race with a really great team called NXT. Pretty much all their members are really competitive with tons of team scrims and definitely make me humble when I think I did a good time on a track. =P
I used to have an extreme passion for Quake 4, but as that game slowly died, RIP Q4. I found TMNF and with racing always being my true passion since I was young, I naturally found a new passion for this game. If you haven’t tried it, I really hope you do, its so fun, it’s meant for the keyboard, so don’t sweat if you don’t have a wheel or anything. If you have a game-pad, great, it really helps with keeping those tight corners, but some of the best TM players in the world still use the KB. So never think you’re ever at a disadvantage.
